A man many consider to be one of the instigators of the genocide against Banyamulenge, Rukeba Rumonge, a US resident originally from the DRCONGO has been promoting the mass killings of Banyamulenge people in the DRC through the social media. Rumonge's rousing audio speeches he has been distributing to his loyalists including the now notorious Mai Mai and FDLR militia are one of main motivational factor to destroy Banyamulenge houses and killing them so that they might fly and leave their homeland. The Banyamulenge residents of the USA call for the USA government to arrest Mr. Rumonge and bring him to justice on crime against genocide and hate crime.
